General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded on the GREEN THERAPY website.

Article 1 - Purpose

These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products offered by GREEN THERAPY.

Article 2 - Orders

The customer selects the products they wish to order from the online catalog. The order is validated after confirmation of payment. GREEN THERAPY reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of availability or payment issues.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes (VAT). GREEN THERAPY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other payment method offered on the website. Payment is secured by Shopify Payments.

Article 5 - Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times are estimates only. GREEN THERAPY cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

Article 7 - Returns and Refunds

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at [email address]. Products must be returned in their original condition. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Article 8 - Warranties

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
